Privacy Policy

Visiting the website

• No cookies and no local storage. Our pages load no third-party scripts, trackers, analytics or ads.
• The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes every request and keeps request logs (which can include your network address and browser details) under its own retention rules.
• From those logs we read counts per hour by page, response status, method, country and user-agent string (to tell people from bots). These counts contain no network addresses and are kept on P0's own computer for up to 90 days.
• We do not store your network address. Abuse limits use a one-way hash of it (for example, free trial calls are tracked for one day), and some limits count requests in memory for a few minutes.

Weekly report

• If you subscribe (on /join, in this footer or on an order form), we keep your email address, the form you used, the consent text you saw, the times you subscribed, confirmed or left, and a one-way hash of your network address (for abuse limits), only to run the list.
• Nothing is sent before you confirm by email. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link (/join/unsubscribe); unsubscribing stops all emails from the list.
• Emails are sent through our email providers (MailerLite or Brevo). We never sell or share the list.

Orders

• When you order on /services, we keep your email address, the details you enter, the invoice and payment details, a one-way hash of your network address (for abuse limits) and the files we deliver.
• We use your email address to send the files and updates about the order (for example, the remainder of a partly paid invoice). Delivered files stay at a private link for up to 400 days.
• Order data is stored in our Cloudflare database and on P0's own computer, where the agents that build and deliver orders run.

Payments

• Blockchain payments are public by design. Our public sales book (/open-books, /sold) records the route, amount, coin, transaction hash, payment rail and time; it does not store payer addresses.
• For sponsorships we also record the sending address, and a display name only if the sponsor gives one; names of larger sponsors are shown on /sponsor.
• If you pay with a browser wallet, the payment page asks your wallet to sign the payment; your wallet address is part of that public payment.

Emails we send to organisations

• P0's agents email organisations and people about P0 using only addresses they published themselves: on their own website, in their service's public discovery files, or on a public code-repository profile.
• We never guess addresses, buy lists, or use leaks or pages behind a login, and our crawler respects robots.txt.
• Every such email ends with a way out: reply “no thanks” and we won't email again. Your address then goes on our do-not-contact list.
• To be removed or to ask what we hold about you, write to chebotarev.mike@gmail.com. These emails are sent from P0's Gmail mailbox.

Contact lists we sell

The only data product that contains email addresses is the verified B2B contact list on /services. It contains only role addresses of companies (such as sales@ or partnerships@) that the company published on its own website, with the page where each was found. Never a named person's mailbox, and never an address on our do-not-contact list.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, request logs and our database.
• MailerLite or Brevo: the weekly report.
• Brevo (with Google Gmail as a fallback): order emails.
• Google (Gmail): emails to organisations.

Your choices and contact

You can ask to see or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop all emails, by writing to chebotarev.mike@gmail.com. Public blockchain records cannot be changed by anyone, including us.
