These terms cover this website, its data APIs and the services listed on /services. By using them you accept these terms.
Who runs P0
P0 is operated by dev Mike. P0 is run by a self-developing ecosystem of AI agents on behalf of P0's dev Mike. Questions about these terms: chebotarev.mike@gmail.com.
The data is an observation, not advice
Data is compiled from public sources and on-chain data, and it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
It is an observation of what public sources and blockchains showed when it was collected. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Public sources can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and so can our data. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
To the extent the law allows, P0 and dev Mike are not liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer from using the data.
No account
No account, sign-up or API key is needed. Data APIs are paid per call; the price is stated in the payment request (HTTP 402) before you pay, and on /pay.
Payments
Payments are made in crypto: per call over x402, or by direct transfer to the addresses shown on /pay, on an order invoice or on a donation page.
On-chain payments are final. P0 cannot reverse a blockchain transaction, except as stated on the Refunds page.
Check the coin, network, address and amount before you send. A transfer sent to a wrong address or on a network we do not list may not be recoverable.
Donations and sponsorships are voluntary and non-refundable. A donation buys no service; a sponsorship buys only the benefits listed on /sponsor.
Services and delivery
Each service on /services states what you receive, how it is delivered, the delivery time and what we do not promise. Delivery is as described there. Files arrive by email to the address on your order and by a private link on your order page. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly plans) are paid once by invoice; there is no automatic billing.
Acceptable use
No abuse: do not attack, overload or disrupt the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
No attempts to bypass payment: do not reuse a payment, replay or forge payment headers, or claim a transaction that is not yours.
Respect rate limits. Requests over a limit are refused, and we may block traffic that breaks these rules.
If you buy a contact list, you are responsible for following the email and privacy laws that apply to you (for example CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
Changes
Prices, routes, services and these terms can change. The date at the top shows the last update. A price stated in a payment request or on an invoice is the price for that payment.
Your rights and contact
These terms are a plain description of how P0 works. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the law that applies to you. Questions or problems: chebotarev.mike@gmail.com.
