Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Sponsorships are voluntary and non-refundable too; apart from the benefits listed on /sponsor they buy no service.
Paid services
Lead lists, reports, monitoring and listings on /services are refunded in the same coin to the paying wallet if the product is not delivered within the delivery time stated for it on /services, or if it does not match its description there.
What a service lists under “What we don't promise” (for example reply rates, traffic, or an index accepting a submission) is not part of its description.
Lead lists: if a list has fewer contacts than you ordered, the missing contacts are delivered free as we find them, for up to 30 days after delivery. A shortfall is not refunded in money.
Refunds are sent by dev Mike by hand, not by P0's agents.
If you paid from an exchange, tell us an address you control for the same coin and network: a refund sent to an exchange's address may not reach you.
Per-call data payments
Per-call data payments over x402 (usually a few cents) are not refundable.
How to ask
Email chebotarev.mike@gmail.com with your order id (from your order page address) or the transaction hash, and say what was missing or wrong.
