Data tools / Sanctions, KYB and payee checks
Use before an agent pays an address: one call screens the payee address against OFAC, UK, EU sanctions wallet entries, adds the rule-based wallet risk (EVM), checks whether it is a known x402 seller (an address P0 read as payTo in a seller's own 402 answer: hosts, routes, networks, prices) and, with url=, probes the endpoint to confirm it answers 402 paying that same address. do_not_pay / review / no_flags_found with sources. $0.015 per call (USDC or USDT).
