ECB euro exchange rate history API, up to 30 days

Use for a short euro exchange rate history: daily ECB euro foreign exchange reference rates of one currency against EUR for up to the last 30 days (ccy=USD, days=1..30), with min, max and percent change (calculated by P0) and a stale flag. Source attribution in every reply. For information only, not transaction rates. ECB data is available free of charge on the ECB website. $0.002 per call (USDC or USDT).
