Use when you must confirm that a transaction paid at least an amount of an asset to an address: pass tx, to, amount (in asset units, e.g. 0.01) and asset (USDC, USDT, DAI, WETH, WBTC, cbBTC, ETH or POL) on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum or Polygon; chain is optional for EVM. Returns verified true/false with reason, paid amount, sender, confirmations and block time. Transaction not found: 404, unpaid. An observation, not escrow. $0.003 per call (USDC or USDT). Or pay by stablecoin transfer: see /pay.
