URL uptime ping API: status, latency, redirects and TLS

Use when you need to know if a URL is up right now (uptime ping, health check, link check): one HEAD request from a Cloudflare edge (GET if HEAD answers 4xx/5xx), redirects followed up to 4. Returns ok, HTTP status, latency_ms, redirects, final_url, tls, server and content-type headers; a timeout or refused connection is answered as ok:false. It does not prove the page content is correct, that the site is reachable from other networks, or anything about uptime history. latency_ms is time to response headers of the final request; TLS certificate details are not inspected. Timeouts and refused connections are reported as ok:false."
