EVM nonce API: latest and pending transaction count

Use when you need an account's transaction count on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon or Optimism: nonce at the latest block and the pending nonce (queued transactions in the node's pool), with block and as_of. Useful before signing or to spot activity. $0.001 per call (USDC or USDT). Or pay directly in BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, TRX or STX (sub-cent: stablecoins): see /pay.
