Agent memory API: read a stored value

Use when an agent needs a value it stored earlier with /kv/put: returns the text (and parsed json when it was stored as JSON), size, stored_at and expires_at for key in the namespace of the paying wallet; a missing or expired key is refused (404) before an x402 payment is taken. $0.001 per call (USDC or USDT).
