Agent memory API: store a value without an account

Use when an agent needs memory between runs without an account: store value (text or JSON, up to 8 KB) under key in a private namespace keyed to the wallet that pays, with ttl 60 s to 90 days (default 30). Read it back with /kv/get and /kv/list from the same wallet. Write happens after payment settles. $0.001 per call (USDC or USDT).
